1. Services & Inherent Risks: I understand that The Loop (operating as June Lake Yoga) provides fitness and wellness services including drop-in yoga, guided meditation, private instruction, strength/mobility sessions, assisted stretching, and personal training. I acknowledge that these activities involve strenuous physical exertion, which carries inherent risks of muscle strains, joint injuries, slips, falls, and cardiovascular stress.

2. Physical Condition Disclaimer: I warrant that I am in good physical condition and have no medical impairment or disease preventing my safe participation. It is my sole responsibility to consult a physician prior to starting any program.

3. EXPRESS RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE: BY SIGNING BELOW, I KNOWINGLY, VOLUNTARILY, AND EXPRESSLY AGREE TO RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE THE LOOP (JUNE LAKE YOGA), ITS OWNERS, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, INSTRUCTORS, AND EMPLOYEES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF THEIR ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE. THIS INCLUDES CLAIMS REGARDING INSTRUCTION, FACILITY CONDITIONS, OR PREMISES LIABILITY. THIS AGREEMENT DOES NOT RELEASE GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT.

4. EXPRESS WAIVER OF CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542: I EXPLICITLY WAIVE THE PROTECTIONS OF CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542, WHICH STATES: "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY." I INTEND TO RELEASE ALL CLAIMS OF ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN.

5. Hands-On Adjustments Consent: I understand instructors may use safe physical touch to adjust my alignment. I consent to adjustments but retain the right to explicitly inform the instructor to cease touch at any time.

6. Photography & Media Release: I grant The Loop royalty-free permission to utilize photo/video recordings containing my image taken during services for website or marketing use.

7. Governing Law & Severability: This waiver is governed by California law, with legal venue in Mono County. If any part is ruled invalid, the remaining terms continue in full legal force.
